Here's the problem - sometimes Business Analysts just care too much about going to the meetings!

🟣 BAs care about the outcomes.

🟣 BAs want to build the best product.

🟣 BAs want to make sure their artifacts are the best.

🟣 And therefore... they can’t help but answer the call and respond to every message.

But you may not realize it - you're kind of deprioritizing your own to-do list by helping others.

You need to be cautious about what’s truly important and what can wait.
