TOP 3 Corporate Strategies for IT Business Analysts: How I Built My Career Path

Do you know what's the worst piece of career advice that I've ever heard?

Ha - 'You have to step out of your comfort zone.'

I don't buy into it and never did. It's useless, and when used blindly, it's the least practical thing that you can do.

Instead, you need to learn what you're good at, then improve from good to best, and from best to awesome.

Call it whatever you want: comfort zone, confidence, or safe spot. If there's something you're passionate about and good at -> double down on it, and then some -> you'll be amazed to see the results!

Besides, to carve out a steady and successful career path, you need to systematically apply the following strategies:

  1. Deliver high-quality results.

  2. Maintain people and corporate visibility.

  3. Sustain predictably good performance over a significant period of time.

Following these principles allowed me to transition from a junior engineer in my home country to leading consulting engagements for Fortune 500 companies in Europe and the United States.

In this video, I share these career strategies for business analysts with you and show how you may apply them in your BA job, so you can skyrocket your career in business analysis, no matter if you're absolutely new to this profession or just started a new job.

I'll see you in the video! 🎥
